Fulfillment Policy for OPUS Innovations LLC

Effective Date: January 2024

At OPUS Innovations LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our fulfillment policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business. Please read the following terms carefully, which outline our policies on shipping, refunds, cancellations, and warranties.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on our website, opusinnovations.com, over the phone, through email, or direct with our sales team will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

2. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once the order is shipped, OPUS Innovations LLC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any unforeseen events beyond our control. Most products are shipped in protective wooden crates to minimize the risk of damage.

3. Limited Lifetime Warranty for Titanium Products

OPUS Innovations LLC offers a limited lifetime warranty on our titanium exhaust products. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing errors but excludes damage caused by improper installation, handling by third parties, or modifications.

  • Flexible joints, valves, and electronics are covered by a two-year warranty.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component, not the entire exhaust system unless deemed necessary.
  • Transportation and labor costs, such as installation fees, are not covered under this warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us via phone or email before returning the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, at our expense, if it is due to a manufacturing defect.

If the damage or defect is found to be due to user neglect, improper handling, installation by third parties, or modification of the product without consulting us, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling, and repair costs. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is properly packaged for return shipping. OPUS Innovations LLC cannot be held responsible for damages during shipping.

Exclusions:

  • Warranty is void if the exhaust system is modified or installed on vehicles with power enhancements, turbocharger modifications, tunes, or design changes that increase exhaust emission temperatures.
  • Any modifications made to OPUS exhaust systems without prior consultation with us will result in the immediate expiration of the warranty.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and refund policy:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Custom or modified products are non-refundable.
  • Return Window: Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Refunds will not be processed for returns initiated after this period.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [insert customer service email]. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the customer will need to follow the return process. Custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Product Fitment and Returns Due to Manufacturing Error

If a product does not fit your vehicle due to a manufacturing defect, OPUS Innovations LLC will arrange collection, replacement, or re-manufacturing of the product at no cost to you.

If fitment issues arise for reasons unrelated to manufacturing errors (e.g., incorrect vehicle model selection), the customer will be responsible for any associated repair charges to correct the exhaust system. The warranty will not cover fitment issues caused by vehicle modifications or user error.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [insert customer service email] with photos and a detailed description. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair, provided that the damage is reported within 7 days of receipt. OPUS Innovations LLC is not responsible for damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Modified, installed or opened products that are not in original unopened condition

9. Chargebacks

To maintain a fair and transparent business environment, OPUS Innovations LLC has implemented the following chargeback policy:

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate payment information. You also agree to contact OPUS Innovations LLC with any disputes or issues prior to initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
  • In the event that a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first to resolve the issue, OPUS Innovations LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback claim with the payment processor.
  • OPUS Innovations LLC may require documentation to substantiate the claim, including proof of purchase, delivery confirmation, communication records, and evidence of attempts to resolve the matter.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes initiated in bad faith will result in the permanent blacklisting and will be held liable for legal fees. OPUS Innovations LLC takes fraudulent activity seriously and will pursue compensation for any losses incurred due to fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Chargebacks initiated outside the return or refund policy window (as outlined in Section 4) will not be accepted. Customers must comply with our return and refund procedures prior to initiating a chargeback.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute arising from a transaction, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues. If no resolution is reached, all legal claims will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Nevada.

11. Changes to This Policy

OPUS Innovations LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
